This petition is to enforce body and dash cameras on officers so we can make sure no excessive force is being used

In this petition we will enforce body and dash cams on officers in Massachusetts. Why Massachusetts? Well as many Americans know, police brutality has been increasing a lot in minority areas in the south, west coast, and rust belt where most of them live. With this situation more officers in the south have been equipped with body and dash cams, this means that Northern officers feel safer to use excessive force and not get caught. How will we achieve this? We will focus money slowly in higher crime areas and slowly spread to other cities from there.
