The 2016 Election has caused fear for LGBT rights after the President-Elect Takes office. We the people propose an Executive order mandating that all federal Law enforcement Agencies shall create a Sexual Orientation Rights Taskforce assigned to investigate and ensure that the people's rights under the Bill of Rights and the 14th amendment. This includes but is not limited to investigating threats and actions against people because of their sexual orientation as hate crimes. The review and proposal to the Supreme Court to overturn state laws infringing people's rights based on their sexual orientation, and a liaison in the President's and President-elect's transition teams to ensure that this petition and its executive order is functional under the Constitution of the United States.
