(PETITION FOR EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE)

Created by C.G. on September 28, 2016

Why Won’t America Enforce the laws in my behalf?

The purpose of the Constitution and American law is to protect the powerless from the powerful. America promised “equal justice and protection under the law” to all people when I fought in the Vietnam War. I served to uphold the Constitution and equal justice. Each armed with large cooperate attorneys Duke Power Electric Company, the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County and the State of North Carolina have all refused to enforce the housing, and state building codes on my behalf.

Why? Is it because …..?
NC does not provide its citizens equal access to justice in civil matters.
Armed legal “thug” attorneys, know they can rob citizens of their properties without fear of consequences.

As a US citizen, I’ve had no chance of justice
