The NFL is a trade organization with enormous power it is using to discipline employees it currently has a CBA with. The vagueness of one particular clause in this agreement (Article 46) has been abused severely by the current commissioner against any reasonable interpretation of the language.
This abuse of power has culminated in the most egregious, unsupported punishment in recent Sports history. Tom Brady has been suspended for four games without salary for something that never happened, according to every independent expert that has reviewed the details while the NFL relies on an “independent” report supported by obviously false assumptions including balls not getting wet in the rain.
We ask President Obama to issue an Executive Order nullifying/vacating the unfair punishment
