I hereby petition the Federal Government in accordance with my 1st, 4th, 8th, and 14th Amendment rights along with applicable statutes such as the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights I.
The State of Texas and the Federal Agencies concerned have thus far, failed to investigate my criminal complaints which has resulted in a long term alleged criminal episode, my termination from my job and it appears along with any other misconduct that may have occurred starting in 2005 roughly through 2014, that this official failure exacerbated the alleged crimes and/or official misconduct.
The intentional economic and employment schemes characterized by a movie called 'trading places,' against me and posted on the net on April 1,2010 in Austin Texas, in my opinion, constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.
