We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Petition to Federal govt. To add Lgbt History to school history curriculums.

Created by C.R. on May 20, 2016

Ever since the Civil Rights era was added to history lessons, there has been stronger racial acceptance than ever. This particular lesson has led to more understanding positions on the struggle of different races in America.
I think that if we were to add how the Lgbt community has struggled to gain even partial acceptance in a slowly more understanding world, we could educate people about acceptance of not just skin color, but of transgenderism and gender preference, through lessons about hardships and inspiration. To lead to a world that can finally support equal rights for all.
