The White House should petition FIFA to move the 2018 World Cup to USA. This would hurt Russia economically and help the USA, as there would be a huge influx of foreign cash coming in to be spent at the WC. If the White House truly wants to isolate Russia, moving the 2018 World Cup would be an excellent start.
