We the People of the Republic of the United States of America petition the Government for a redress of grievance in the most humble of terms.
Over a period of time we have witnessed and succumbed to an unconstitutional force which has stripped the People of the United States of America of their endowed unalienable rights given to them by their Creator, among these are: Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.
Stated in the Declaration of Independence, -- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and institute new Government, laying it foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
