PETITIONER is seeking Military inquiries into charges of “wartime injuries received followed by repeated injuries and usurpations,” under the Unified Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and the ‘Articles of War.’
PETITIONER levels charges of “overt acts” of Treason, High Crimes and Misdemeanors, “Major Frauds against the Government” and “Fraud against the Court by Officers of the Court,” directed at the judicial machinery itself and a War against the Constitution.
It is a "CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS."
