PETITIONER is leveling charges of “overt acts” of TREASON, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors," including War crimes and crimes against humanity against high-level Officials and high-ranking Military Members in the US for "Major Frauds against the Government” and “Fraud against the Court by Officers of the Court,” directed at the Judicial machinery itself and a War against the Constitution.
