taking Social Security too long to schedule court hearing on the behalf of persons with disabilities. the alotted time frame now is 16 months to 2 1/2 years or longer. this is unrealistic and too long of a wait for these persons to endure espically when they have no income and in some cases no where to reside. this is a issue that is happening Nation wide.
