Petition to have a constitutional amendment on term limits for members of Congress

The biggest problem in Congress, which may prevent them from being efficient and acting on behalf of their constituents is that they spend too much time campaigning. This is a petition to encourage members of Congress to propose a Constitutional amendment that would reform term limits from 2 to 4 years in the House of Representatives and set limits that a member of Congress could serve no more than 12 consecutive years in either house of Congress
