The NRA continues to show a callous disregard for the safety of our children and our nation. Their answer to gun violence is more guns. They want to put armed police officers in every school. What about hospitals, little league fields, churches, malls, theaters and other venues that attract large numbers of people? Who will pay for all these guards? Today the NRA showed their real purpose and spit in the faces of the suffering families in Newtown. Their priority is keeping their assualt weapons over the safety of our chldren and continuing to allow anyone to purchase any weapon for any reason without a background check. The time has come for us to take back our country and have the NRA declared a Hate Group.
