On Sunday, April 20, 2014, Easter, a fiery crash happened on Illinois Route 49. Four gentlemen pulled the driver away from there burning vehicle. They could not rescue the wife or the son, do to the fire had spread so rapidly. These four gentlemen have discussed the merits of having fire extinguishers in the trunks of all manufactured vehicles and having window hammers with seat belt cutters available on all rows of seating in every vehicle. These would aid in preventing this kind of tragedy. For the safety of our citizens, and to preserve the quality of life for this and future generations in our country, we call upon you to join a growing number of First Responders, Mayors, Commisioners, and citizens around the country, to help make this endeavor happen!
