This petition is to hereby ask for the removal of one Jan Jurden, a judge in the Delaware court system. This judge basically awarded amnesty to the Du Pont heir, Robert H. Richards IV, by showing lenancy in his sentencing.
Mr. Richards has confessed and convicted of raping his 3 year old little girl. A fragile person under his care.
This monstrosity should not be allowed to happen. I am petitioning for her (Jan Jurden)removal as she was not right in the mind. No child should feel unprotected.
