Petition to impliment a building code for new homes commensurate with Federal Gov. GHG Pollution Reduction Target.

This petition is a proposal to create an Executive Order that would go a step further in reducing greenhouse gas pollution (GHG) than the current Executive Order 13514 on Federal Sustainabilty which calls for all Federal Government Agencies to reduce their GHG level by 28% at or before the year 2020. This proposal suggests that the Federal Government initiate a bill that would require a building code be implimented into practice for contractors stating that all new residential properties built must obtain 28% of electrical and/or fossil fuel energy from renewable, non-CO2 emitting, devices.
