A petition to inact an act that will allow federal and state judges to be removed from office and or sued for damages

There have been many instances where a judge has been bribed and not removed from office when a judge has put the innocent in jail or even when they knew or should have known the person they were penalizing was innocent but the judge was not held accountable for flagrant disregard for the law. When judges have because of their own bias and prestigious have sentenced a person with out hard evidence and good cause. I am proposing that these judges be accorded the same law that they dole out daily. If a defendant can prove a judge error-ed and did so because of bribery or bias or prodigious or flagrant disregard for the law they should be removed as a judge Period. Lets make it possible for these judges to lose their jobs.
