FBI director James Commey failed the US people by not recommending charges brought against Hillary for the gross negligence in her handling of classified emails. One hundred and ten emails, at the time they were sent or received were classified. Seven of them being classified at the "Top Secret - Special Access Program" level, which is the top level of classification the United States has. Under US Penial Code Title 18 Section 793, Hillary Clinton should be fined and imprisoned for not more than ten years. As well as face security and administrative punishments that include the loss of all security clearance for life and never being allowed to run for public office. Her negligence has harmed the security of the United States of America and should not go unpunished.
