Petition to keep state reps in touch

I feel that many in dc have lost touch with the people they claim to serve because they spend too much time away from there home states and so I have put this petition forward with my idea which may not be the best but was the only way I could think of keeping our reps in touch with the people they serve. My idea is as fallows no gov rep of state may spend more than 185 days in DC and a min of 120 days in there own states and the breach of which should lead the officials removal or a vote of confidence by the states governing body
