Petition to kill H.R.992 Swaps Regulatory Improvement Act Ban together to keep the regulation on derivatives trading.

H.R.992 or Swaps Regulatory Improvement Act
Has passed the House it's main goal is to take away the needed restrictions on derivatives trading. If a bank trades or buys toxic assets it is currently no longer able to receive a bail out this bill takes away that restriction and is need to keep whats left of this economy working and growing.
