This is a petition for the full legalization of personal marijuana usage in the state of Texas. I feel that it should be a personal choice and should be a matter of state not a federal matter. Who knows and understands the needs and wants of their own people better than the branches of each states legislative branches. The people who actually have to deal with these issues in their own lives each and everyday. Washington wants us to be sheep and give up our right to free speech and free thoughts. they want us to be compliant and relinquish all civil rights and liberties we as americans have as stated by The U.S Constituion.
