Marijuana, if legalized, should be grown freely amongst the USA as its harms are very minimal and all government tests were flawed. Example the test on monkeys of pure THC with no oxygen. Now after a while the brain will start to shut down due to lack of oxygen. Case in point, the theory that THC kills brain cells is false. The production of hemp materials would rise resulting in more jobs, a new tax revenue, longer lasting durable resources, and even reduce logging as the acre ratio is 4:1 when comparing hemp to lumber. As for THC tripling since the 60's, that means high grade marihuana would require less smoking to receive the desired high. It also means nothing, as THC and marijuana are not harmful. Especially compared to tobacco.
