Petition to limit and/or terminate the use of deadly force by officers of the law while in duty

I propose use only in such situations as a shooting, robbery, or something where lives would be in danger. Too many innocent lives, both black and white, citizen and officer,have been loss to prejudice and senseless violence. We need to take a stand to stop this, and this would be the first step of many to prevent deaths of any more Americans.
