Petition For the Loss of Corporate Charter 04 26 2014
So that any Corporation granted Corporate status can lose their charter and the management therefore to lose their right to be businessmen in the United States; upon violation of core Constitutional rights of the American Public.
The Commander in Chief of the United States should have the right to determine that and write his written opinion detailing the reason why. Empirical Evidence can indeed be used to make that determination.
1. Participation in Economic Fraud.
2. Wrongful death of United States Citizens.
3. Selling products that lead to addiction and illness.
4. Management members found to be engaged in criminal activity the equivalent of Slavery, Prostitution, drug dealing, and sexual victimization of children including porn.
