We the people of the United States of America would like to make using Duck Lips, also known as the exaggerated 'kissy face' illegal. Females have gone too far with this, and it is time that they can now be charged with this in order to help rid it from America. It puts a terrible label on American women, and should be considered a minor offense.
First offense- $200 fine and court date
Second offense- $500 fine and court date
Third offense- $1,000 fine and up to 30 days in prison.
