The video claims that the Japanese government laid the groundwork for Asian economic growth with its postwar development aid.
It includes footage of the opening of Korea's first subway line, a POSCO steel mill.
But Korea built POSCO with compensation payments from Japan for wartime atrocities, under a treaty that normalized diplomatic relations in 1965.
Japan invaded many asian countries during World War two, but they never admitted responsibility of the war of aggression. They just absorbed in distorting the history. They need to reflect upon their past act of aggression.
