We believe New York State (excluding Staten Island) should secede from the United States, becoming an addition to Canada. It is believed by many New Yorkers that NY's diversity does not fit into President-Elect Trump's plan for running this nation. New York would become either an addition to the existing Province of Ontario, or become a new province of it's own; New York Province. Staten Island would then become a part of the state of New Jersey. Please sign this petition and share your support if you care about the future of this beautiful state. Canada, please take into consideration the advantage of having such a great, diverse state-turned province added to your beautiful land. Just imagine the lights of Broadway under a Canadian flag.
