We petition this government to execute here on forth an annual mandate to all U.S. citizens of legal age, and that being of a registered voter. For further checks and balances of the executive and legislative branch a vote of confidence that may be changed on any given calendar day.
Should the vote of confidence drop below 49%, being a vote of no confidence, Congress shall convene by the will of the people, an intervention to stop, settle, or modify, to all available means to include recall or impeachment of an elected representative.
Let it be know that this will be a forth going legal record of the constituents of the United States of America.
In layman terms :
We want a record that our voice is being heard and that the Executive and Legislative branch will act on it.
