petition to mandate more effective training procedures for law enforcement that doesn't require the use of deadly force

The signatures on this petition has been assembled to express the need for a change in our communities. We are being discriminated against Due to race by law enforcement agencies, that took an oath to help serve and protect us. We are calling for better training of our police departments. Train them to disarm without murdering, restrain without excessive force and de-escalate complying suspects without violence. We also ask that you require additional oaths when being sworn in. I need to know that I am not being discriminated against because of my race; I need to feel secure in knowing if my loved one gets pulled over for a traffic stop he(or)she will not loose their life to a officer who has already labeled us a physical threat. We ask that you help us serve and protect or communities!
