Mandatory CPR training needs to be implemented in law enforcement agencies so that preventable deaths, by asthma or choking, can be stopped. If officers are untrained in cpr preventable deaths can occur much easier in the vicinity of cops, as was the case with Briana Ojeda and Barrington Williams.
