As far as I'm aware, there is no law regarding an election where there are no candidates remaining in the presidential race that seem suitable to become president. This petition is a call to realize this, and accept new candidates who might fulfill expectations, as well as possibly including this or a similar action in elections policy as an emergency measure. We would like to vote for someone who is neither Trump nor Hillary, let's try again.
