Many US Embassies charge $160.00 application fee to apply for a visitor visa. Considering many applications are declined within minutes of the interview it is unfair to those hard working people of those nations. A fee should only be charged when a Visa is approved. Futhermore, The US Embassy should be providing a much for definitive answer when a visa is declined. The INA section 214b which states that everyone can be given a denial for a visitor Visa based on the automatic judgment that the applicant intends to immigrate. We as America are losing significant revenue from loss of tourism dollars. Upon a clear background check an applicant should be given at least a one time entry if the applicant is not from a nation with Terrorostic turmoil. Please sign this petition to reform Visas
