Petition to not let officers go onto another police force if they've been dismissed from a police force already.

This petition is important because officers can be dismissed from one police force and join another one without a problem. If a police officer is dismissed because he did something inappropriate or didn't uphold his position he can easily go to another force and do the exact same thing as before. This petition will stop that.
