Machinist Mate Petty Officer 1st class (MM1/SS) Kristian Saucier was found guilty of unauthorized possession and retention of national defense information (two pictures) on a discarded cell phone. He will be sentenced on 08-19-2016.
In light of the FBI not taking action on a former high ranking government official previously running unauthorized personal servers with classified information, MM1 Saucier should receive a full pardon.
In addition, the administrative separation board's finding should be rescinded. This will in effect reinstate MM1 Saucier's enlistment.
