Removing the state of Texas from the United States provides a dual benefit. For liberty loving Americans forward progress and greater civil liberty could be enjoyed, while Texas would be allowed to pursue it's own agenda free from United States interference.
Texas has long disregarded federal law and the United States Constitution, expulsion of the union would end any conflicts over their disdain for The United States and send a clear message to other states that political and legal wrangling to circumvent The Constitution will no longer be tolerated.
