Petition Penalty/Health Care: It's contradictory to having good health that I, a citizen of Mass. be penalized $279.00.

I, a natural born citizen especially & other citizens shouldn't be penalized for not having health care. This year I was. There are legitamate reasons why I didn't sign up before this year. Send $279.00 back to me:Deborah Becker,214 High St.#6, Brookline, Ma. 02445. A hard working person @age 61 is @t a loss of the $ mentioned above. I don't think this is right and it's unconstitutional and I've written many times of this matter & even before I was penalized. It's contradictory to anyone's health to be penalized for this derogatory action.
