The Peoples Voice Doctrine
We the People of the United States of America do hereby petition President Barack Obama to immediately, and by the Constitutional authority of Executive Order, to hereby enact such an order into law which shall require any individual, group, public entity, institution, or corporation who leases or owns any and all forms of communications media, including but not limited to, broadcast, cable, internet, satellite, telecommunications, radio, and/or television licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to afford reasonable opportunity for the discussion of conflicting views on issues of public importance BANNING all intentional censorship, electioneering, voter suppression, voter intimidation, and election rigging to influence outcomes of public elections.
