Our government has had be unfairly targeted since 1974 simply because I authored a published article entitled: "The Hidden Tolerances in Precision Parts".
The adverse argument was that there were no hidden tolerances in that government standard or in anything else for that matter.
I argued back that there are hidden tolerance in all things that God and Man makes with materials; and remakes in those things when things within them go wrong. Including within our bodies and our minds.
Therefore if a president of the United States does not grant me a redress grievances I will never be free of the constant surveillances that I have been suffering with since 1974.
