Petition for the proposition of the exchange of experience of law enforcement in combating mass riots in the country.

On behalf of the citizens of Ukraine who are not indifferent to the fate of country,which is facing deep political and economic crisis.
Dear Mr. President!The crackdown of demonstrations in Ukraine,on 30th of November 2013,was widely criticized by multiple politicians from different countries,in particular from the USA,who has repeatedly stated that this is not acceptable.
In the USA,there is an experience of violent crackdowns of the peaceful demonstrations, which violate human rights.For example, at September 17 of 2011, police forcibly broke up the demonstration,called “Occupy Wall Street”.
Due to the fact that the American police and Special Forces have experience in combating riots,we ask you to consider the possibility of applying this experience at the Independence Square in Kiev.
