In the button of 2008,a Chinese worked on the computer bussiness had seen a new kind of PROM micro chip sold by BAE SYSTEM company in Britain,which he thought it good.Latter,he contacted the manager of BAE in US.The manager,Timothy Scott recommended him to touch HTI company for that company is the only one that can sell the chips to him.
Then he did that,and wanted to get the goods in Beijing.But the HTI manager whose name is Malcolm Lee refused the idea and told him to go to Hungary to get the goods.The micro chips listed on the net was stated that it was for civil use.The Chinese named Xian Hongwei(宪宏伟) had paid for the chips.He came to Hungary with a company named Li Li(李礼) to meet the manager.As I mentioned,they were arrested ILLEGALLY on 2010.9.1!
