We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Petition to release federal tax returns of any Presidential candidate before receiving classified intelligence briefings

Created by K.W. on August 07, 2016

We ask the President of the United States of America to certify the release of any US presidential candidate's personal tax returns into the public domain, if that candidate is (to be) granted a classified intelligence briefing(s).

"Personal tax returns" means the previous 16 years of complete personal US Federal tax returns, including but not limited to all IRS forms and schedules included in the IRS filing for a tax year.

Neither public release of a candidate's federal tax returns nor briefing of classified information for a candidate is required by federal law. Still, we feel the American people have a right to fully examine the personal tax returns of any candidate in advance of, or as soon as possible to, that candidate being granted a classified intelligence briefing.
