Currently in America, eleven states have some sort of restriction against collecting rainwater. There's no reason why there should be any laws in place against collecting rainwater anywhere, anytime, and for any reason. It cuts down on bills, is naturally purified, and is eco-friendly. By signing this petition, you're letting the government know we've had enough and want all laws, restrictions and regulations against collecting rainwater abolished in the United States.
