Petition 420 will remove Cannabis from Schedule I Section 811 of Title 21 of the Control Substance Act.
This will no longer burden the federal government with matters dealing with the prosecution and incarceration of the people of the United States of America for possession, use, or cultivation of Cannabis.
Each individual State will deal with all matters regarding Cannabis.
Let it be known that this is a plant of which prohibition has caused more harm than the plant itself could do. With this petition, this stops now.
