We the people of the United States of America do not require petitions or permission to succeed nor do we require it. The real problem is the Corporation of the United States of America. This petition is for Washington DC and the Corporation of the United States of America to be removed from power and control given back to the people. A new capital with be formed within jurisdiction of a lawful state that operates under the guidelines of the Constitution of the United States of America (including the original 13th amendment otherwise known as titles of nobility) and Bill of Rights. Laws that go against these documents will be removed from the books and politicians will be held to strict moral and ethical principles for the greater good of the country.
