Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is a terrorism suspect. He is in the custody of US Government officials. Releasing him without a trial after being charged for crimes without a court preceding is illegal and unconstitutional. It could also jeopardize the safety and security of the United States. This petition is for the removal of all petitions attempting to circumvent the constitution and laws both state and federal regarding the release of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
