The White House needs to post "Public Petitions" on the front of the main White House page. Old / retired patitions should be dropped from the lineup,and only displayed when a individuals begin to create the same type of petition. Once a person finishes signing a petition and wants to return to the main page of petitions,they should be taken back to the last petition they viewed. This would limit the time and difficulty a individual will spend on the site and will also ensure that they have been given th opportunity to read all of the petitions posted. Any individual that has an account with the petition program should be notified with an email stateing that there are new petitions to be signed. New petions posted should be in bold print.
