This petition impacts lives of the innocent all over the country of America. As of late, numbers of innocent people have been unjustly taken by police officers. Plastic electric bullets have the effect of incapacitating a person by releasing a electrical charge instead of permanently injuring them and penetrating the skin. These bullets would lessen the number of lives lost due to the fact that they work more like a taser than a lethal gun, saving multiple lives.
