It is literally a matter of democracy and despotism. One of our army officers is 'hiding' behind the fences of an army base in San Antonio, Texas, and she is alleged to have key information about what president Park of Korea was doing when hundreds of students were drowning in the sea. It is assumed that the infomation is linked to her delinquency of duties. We need the US federal government to help locating her and get what she holds.
