We request that the President do what is necessary to change the rules of The Supreme court by legislature or constitutional amendment to require that the US Supreme Court achieve unanimous consensus in its decisions. This would apply to all lower appellate courts as well. A single justice in a 5-4 Supreme Court should not decide the freedoms of millions of Americans. We demand that professional, highly educated, unbiased judges, applying logic and nothing more, agree on a single decision. The court has become an UN-elected political institution; a star chamber, where a single individual tilts the scales of justice. I doubt very much that that's what the founders had in mind. Requiring them to agree would go a long way in taking politics out of our justice system.
