Jobs at risk for loss to H1b visas are not easily searchable. Therefore a website listing all jobs for which the H1b visa process has been started must be provided by the US. The website must be free to access.
The website must:
1. Be designed SOLELY for this purpose
2. Include all current H1b visa related statistics, in an easy to read and understand format.
3. List all jobs posted or applied for that are currently at risk to loss to a foreign H1B visa applicants, with a 'time to loss' status update.
4. Require companies to provide status updates of the visa process on the website.
5. Include US government jobs or govt funded positions in academia.
